The koala is one of Australia's most beloved native animals, and the bond between a mother and her young makes this design especially memorable.

TRULY AUSTRALIAN MOTHER & BABY DESIGN

The reverse portrays a mother koala with her baby, surrounded by the natural Australian landscape. Fine detailing throughout the fur, eucalyptus, branches and surrounding elements gives the design a real depth. Radial lines and The Perth Mint’s iconic ‘P’ mintmark complete the picture.
