Market fluctuations occurring before or after a purchase do not create any right to cancellation, refund, exchange, or price adjustment.
ORDERS

If a payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.
PAYMENT

We do not accept:

All bullion and precious metals sales are final.
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted except where required by law or in cases involving damaged or incorrectly shipped items as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midnight Metals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
