Refund policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of bullion products and the continuous fluctuations in precious metals markets, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been received.
Products sold by Midnight Metals are subject to market value changes that are beyond our control. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Changes in market prices
- Buyer’s remorse
- Changes in personal circumstances
- Delays caused by shipping carriers that are outside our control
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item received
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all bullion and precious metals sales are final.
