PAMP Suisse introduced the Nature’s Grip Series to combine its respected precious metals craftsmanship with detailed wildlife-themed artwork in a distinctive rectangular format.

Each release focuses on one of nature’s most powerful predators, using high-relief visuals and a unique design concept that gives the impression the animal is gripping the coin itself. 

These 2026 Niue Rectangular Nature's Grip Nile Crocodile 1 oz Silver Coins are housed in sealed Certi-PAMP assay cards featuring a colorful Nature’s Grip theme on the front.

The reverse of the card provides the authentication details for the coin.

As the closing release in the collection, this design continues the series’ signature visual concept by extending the crocodile’s tail around the edge of the coin so it appears to grip the rectangular piece from both sides.

HISTORY

The Nile crocodile is one of Africa’s most successful predators and has existed in a similar form for more than 200 million years.

Its physical features have remained largely unchanged because they continue to serve it well in its environment.

Living throughout the Nile River basin and much of sub-Saharan Africa, these reptiles can exceed 20 feet in length and weigh over 1,500 pounds, making them the continent’s largest reptiles.
